1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Synzo. By downloading, accessing, or using the Synzo Super App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India).

2. Platform Role (Strictly Intermediary)

Synzo operates strictly as a technology intermediary platform (under Section 79 of the IT Act). We connect registered users with independent third-party vendors, merchants, and service providers. Synzo does not own, manufacture, sell, or hold inventory of the products/services listed. All commercial/contractual terms are strictly a bipartite contract between the Buyer and the Vendor.

3. Synzo Wallet & Coin Ecosystem

The Synzo Wallet and Coin Reward system are proprietary features available exclusively to verified members. Important Conditions:

• Coins are earned solely based on successful, completed, and non-returned transactions.
• Synzo Coins hold ZERO external monetary value outside the Synzo ecosystem.
• Coins cannot be transferred to other users and can only be burned/redeemed for real cash or discounts strictly as per the dynamic algorithms determined by Synzo.

4. Limitation of Liability

Synzo shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform, the quality of vendor products, or any unauthorized access to your account.
