1. Your Right to Erasure
In accordance with Google Play Store guidelines and Global Data Protection norms, Synzo provides users with the absolute right to request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.
2. Deletion Process (Step-by-Step)
- Send an email from your registered email address to: synzo2026@gmail.com
- Subject Line: "Account Deletion Request - [Your Mobile Number]"
- Our admin team will initiate a secure verification process (via OTP or call) to ensure the request is legitimate and to prevent unauthorized account termination.
3. Data Purge & Financial Retention
Upon successful verification, your account will be processed for deletion within 7 working days. The following actions will occur:
- Permanent Erasure: Your profile data, shopping preferences, and active Synzo Wallet Coins will be irrevocably destroyed. You cannot recover burned coins.
- Mandatory Retention: Specific core data, such as historical payment records, will NOT be deleted for 5 years to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws.
