Synzo facilitates transactions between you and independent vendors. Therefore, Returns, Replacements, and Refunds are strictly subject to the individual preference and policies of the respective Vendor from whom the product or service was purchased. Synzo does not dictate a universal return window.
Once a vendor approves a return and receives the intact product, refunds (excluding delivery charges) will be processed to the original payment source (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.
The Synzo Wealth Generation system operates on genuine transactions. To prevent systemic abuse and fraud:
