Return & Refund Policy

1. General Return Guidelines

Synzo facilitates transactions between you and independent vendors. Therefore, Returns, Replacements, and Refunds are strictly subject to the individual preference and policies of the respective Vendor from whom the product or service was purchased. Synzo does not dictate a universal return window.

2. Refund Processing Timeframe

Once a vendor approves a return and receives the intact product, refunds (excluding delivery charges) will be processed to the original payment source (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.

3. The Synzo Coin Clawback Policy (Strict Enforcement)

The Synzo Wealth Generation system operates on genuine transactions. To prevent systemic abuse and fraud:

• If a purchased item is successfully returned and refunded, ANY Synzo Coins credited to the user's wallet for that specific purchase will be immediately and automatically deducted (Clawback).
• If the user has already burned/redeemed those coins, resulting in an insufficient wallet balance, the equivalent monetary value of the negative coin balance will be forcibly adjusted and deducted from the final Refund Amount sent to the bank.
