Synzo is committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your Personal Identifiable Information (PII).

2. Information We Collect

  • Identity Data: Name, Mobile Number, Email Address.
  • Transaction Data: Order history, Synzo Wallet balance, and coin ledger.
  • Device Data: IP address, device ID, and location (for delivery tracking).

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

As an intermediary, Synzo MUST share specific data (Name, Phone, Delivery Address) with the respective Vendor and Delivery Partner solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We DO NOT sell your data to external marketing agencies.

4. Military-Grade Data Security

All financial data and wallet ledger entries are secured using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Our API endpoints are protected by Zero-Trust security protocols.
